Introduction
Welcome to DiMi-View Technologies Ltd (“we”, “our”, or “us”).
By accessing or using our services, mobile app, or website, you (“User”, “Customer”) agree to
comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service & User Agreement.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use immediately.
- Services
DiMi-View provides CCTV installation, monitoring, and viewership services via our mobile app and
web platform.
Users may subscribe for live view access to cameras installed in their premises, business, or
authorized locations.
- Subscription Packages
■30,000 — 6 Months
■50,000 — 1 Year
Renewal (After First Year): ■12,000 (Yearly), ■6,000 (6 Months), ■1,000 (Monthly)
All subscriptions include maintenance support, server access, and live stream monitoring. Fees are
non-refundable once access is activated.
- Payments
All payments are processed via approved channels on our platform.
Late or missed payments may result in suspension of viewership privileges until payment is
completed.
- Equipment Ownership & Warranty
CCTV equipment remains the property of DiMi-View until full payment is made (if on installment).
We provide 6 months warranty covering factory defects and installation issues. Warranty excludes
physical damage or unauthorized tampering.
- User Responsibilities
– Maintain secure login credentials.
– Use the platform for lawful purposes only.- Not to share access credentials with third parties.
– Report technical issues promptly to support.
- Privacy & Data Use
We respect your privacy. Your CCTV footage and account data are encrypted and accessible only
to authorized users.
We may store metadata for security and audit purposes. We do not sell or share user data with third
parties.
- Liability
DiMi-View shall not be liable for:
– Power interruptions or internet outages.
– Third-party data breaches beyond our control.
– User misuse or unauthorized access.
- Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or illegal
activities.
Users may cancel their subscription at any time (no refunds after activation).
- Dispute Resolution
All disputes shall be resolved amicably. If unresolved, they shall be submitted to arbitration in Port
Harcourt, Nigeria under the Nigerian Arbitration and Conciliation Act.
- Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
